CHECK IN/OUT PROCEDURES
You will check-in/out at the Canyon Vacation Rentals office, located on the main canyon road. You’ll find us one mile below Solitude Resort (11445 East Big Cottonwood Road) approximately 500 yards above the Silverfork Restaurant on the left side of the road. We are generally open Monday through Saturday during normal business hours.
For your AFTER HOURS convenience, we have mounted an exterior key distribution box next to the front door. In the event someone is not present upon your arrival, we will have prepared your keys and placed them in the lock box. Prior to your arrival, we’ll provide instructions on how to open the lock box.
The keys you receive during your visit are permanent owner keys and MUST be returned to our office upon departure to avoid additional fees. If one of the keys stops working during your stay, go to Club Solitude (main floor of Eagle Springs East) between 7 a.m. and midnight and they will reprogram the key for you at no expense.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM. Due to tight cleaning schedules and same-day turnovers, it is important that these times be strictly followed. One day lodging charges will result in departures after 10:00 AM. In some cases, a late check-out/early arrival can be arranged with advance notice and for a reduced fee.
All our properties are privately owned. When you have a concern, please do not call the front desk unless it relates to a key not working or for general resort information. We will help you with all other issues.
