GROCERIES

Smith's Food & Drug Center (3470 Bengal Blvd, near the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon) is a convenient place to grab groceries and other necessities. They also accept fax orders and will pull your items prior to arrival so that your transportation company can wait while you pick up your groceries and pay.

BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON

Silver Fork Lodge
Just minutes from both Solitude and Brighton ski resorts, historic Silver Fork Lodge restaurant provides delicious meals in a spectacular mountain setting. Full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available. They serve big portions, so arrive extra hungry. 888-649-9551.

Porcupine Pub & Grille
A favorite of frequent visitors to Solitude and Brighton. The Porcupine Grille offers a wide variety of delicious entrees, including steaks, specialty burgers, sandwiches, salads, pizzas, pastas, and fantastic dessert choices. SOLITUDE SKI RESORT

Kimi's Mountainside Bistro
Nestled in the heart of Big Cottonwood Canyon, Kimi’s Mountainside Bistro features an outdoor patio with a mountainside backdrop, fresh flowers, lounge chairs and fire pits. The menu includes fresh favorites from the Mediterranean, Scandinavia and Western America, many made with local produce and ingredients. Solitude Village General Store
Solitude ski resort’s Village General Store offers select groceries and sundries, and a cozy European-style pedestrian village features pampering facilities and first-class dining.

The Stone Haus Pizzeria & Creamery
Fresh gourmet lunch and dinner items, Starbucks coffee, sport drinks and beer can all be found here. Delicious handmade pizzas are available in the afternoons and evenings, as are fresh sandwiches and hand-packed ice cream.

St. Bernard's
Fine dining is just steps away from your Solitude condo! Located inside The Inn at Solitude, St. Bernard’s offers fabulous French cuisine and wonderful breakfast options. First-class wines are also available. Dinner reservations are recommended during holiday seasons. 801.535.4120.

The Thirsty Squirrel
A charming mountain pub set in the heart of Solitude Village. Refreshing cocktails and hot appetizers can be enjoyed while flat-screen TVs or playing billiards.

Solitude On-Mountain Dining
If you get hungry when on the mountain, check out the Moonbeam Lodge, Argenta Pub, Last Chance Mining Camp, and Sunshine Grill. All offer easily accessible and tasty lunch options.


BRIGHTON SKI RESORT

Millicent Chalet
Hearty fare enjoyed in an indoor or outdoor setting. Located at the base of the Millicent High Speed Quad, skiers and riders can fuel up with an assortment of great food and incredible views of Mt. Millicent.

Alpine Rose
Daily breakfast specials, hearty lunches, and satisfying dinners. Lots of grab-and-go snacks are available, too. The Rose also features some fantastic photos of historic Brighton’s early years.

Molly Green’s
Located on the upper floor of the A-frame at the base of the mountain, Molly’s Green is accessible to both skiers and those on foot. Bar and grill with a fireplace, magnificent views and full table service. Enjoy specialty plates, soups, dinners, and après ski fare.

Beehive Brews Coffee Bar
Located in Brighton Center lodge, stop here to grab a steaming hot cup of Joe or a quick snack.

Brighton Picnic Lunch
Bring your own picnic lunch! Complete with tables and chairs, Brighton offers picnic areas at the base of the mountain. These areas include soda vending machines and are accessible to skiers and non-skiers alike.

The Brighton Store
Just a half-mile walk from the slopes. Offers homestyle, hearty meals and is popular in all seasons. It’s located in one of Brighton's original historic buildings, so the atmosphere is fantastic.
