FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Parking

Parking is free during your stay! Please remember that only one vehicle is allowed in the underground parking area. If you’re not renting a vehicle but need transportation, we recommend Canyon Transportation for affordable rates and 24-hour friendly shuttle service. Just call 1-800-255-1841.

Ski Lockers

Ski lockers are located on the first floor for your convenience. Locker assignments and combination codes are provided inside the condo on the information sheet displayed on the back of the entry door. Please do not bring skis or boards inside the property.

Towels

Pool and hot tub towels are provided for your use and are available at the club entrance to the pool. The swimming pool and other Club Solitude amenities are free of charge and provided for your enjoyment. Please do not take condo towels down to the pool and hot tub area.

Smoking

There is a strict NO SMOKING policy within all buildings at Solitude.

Internet Access

A free wireless network is provided for all guests at Solitude. You’ll also find courtesy internet stations at Club Solitude. Powderhorn Lodge and Crossings townhomes have limited access to the wireless network, so you will find a wired connection next to the telephone inside the condo.

Telephone Calls

Calls to the Salt Lake area are free by dialing 9 + number. For calls within the resort, dial the front desk and ask to be connected to your desired location. To receive phone calls inside the condo, use 1-801-536-5765 or 1-800-748-4754 and ask for the building name and unit number.

Activities

Inside your condo, you’ll find a blue folder containing information on Solitude Village restaurants, activities, ski school, Club Solitude and other services.

Garbage

Garbage cans are located in the underground garage near the elevator entrance. Please do not leave garbage bags in the hallway.

Groceries

Basic groceries and sundries can be purchased at the Solitude Village general store. More extensive shopping options are located just 12 miles away at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Cleaning Services

Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an a la carte fee. Simply call our office to make arrangements.

Private Condos

All units are individually owned and therefore stocked differently. All items are inventoried and must remain in the condo including towels, linens, dishes and glassware. Please don't take any items outside the property.

Security

Please lock and pull doors completely shut. Tenants are responsible for any unforced entry and resulting thefts or damage due to unlocked doors. Be sure to keep your personal property stored and safe at all times.

Liability

Great measures have been taken to ensure the your visit is safe and enjoyable. Canyon Vacation Rentals, Solitude Resort Lodging, Owners, Agents, and Affiliates are not responsible for sickness, injuries, or deaths resulting from accidents in or around the property or from use or misuse of any property, personal or real. Please assess all risks in your decisions to partake in any and all activities, including the provided property and amenities. Use of premises and property demonstrates your acceptance of all responsibility.
